Brendale consists of 520 spaces with a selection of larger sizes but mostly smaller spaces (3m x 3m or smaller). Ask our friendly staff for the size you need.

Security Deposit: $50.00 on all spaces.

Brendale is managed with our Lawnton site to give you access to a full range of available sizes in the local area.

Visit Elite Self Storage Brendale during office hours to view our storage spaces or inspect our facilities. If you are unable to attend during our regular hours, we do make appointments for Move Ins after hours, on Sundays and holidays.

  • Goods hoists to easily transport your goods to the upper level
  • All units are cleaned and pest controlled before you move in
  • We are the ONLY Self Storage site in the Strathpine and Brendale area with Individual alarms

Types of spaces available:

Upper Level: Located on the 1st floor with access via a goods hoist/lift and stairs, using the trolleys located in and around the hoist for your convenience. Upper level units have 1m wide swing doors opening outward.

Ground Level: Located on the ground floor and accessible inside one of our buildings. These spaces usually have roller door access.

Driveway: Located on the ground floor with a roller door opening directly onto the driveway.


Before booking a space:

Determine if you want convenience and accessibility (Driveway), more savings (Upper Level) or something in between (Ground Level). Driveway is convenient for short term stay (or vehicles) with Ground and Upper Level offering a lower price favourable for a longer term stay.

Spaces are cleaned and pest controlled before you move in. You will need to provide a padlock to secure your space or you can purchase one from us (from $10). Contents insurance is recommended for your goods. We provide an optional Insurance Policy

Photo ID is required prior to move in and issue of security PIN code for use at the Gate.
