You can book online here or contact your local Elite Self Storage facility during office hours.
Unfortunately, no. All our Elite Self Storage facilities require government issue photo identification to rent a storage unit.
All of our facilities are electronic pin code access, as well as having 24 hour CCTV and individually alarmed units that are secured with your own padlock. Brendale and Rothwell facilities have caretakers living onsite. Whilst we take the greatest care in ensuring our security is state of the art, we do recommend that you have insurance cover for any goods in storage.
Nobody else will be able to access your goods in storage unless you provide them with the pin code and padlock key.
You can access your storage unit 7 days a week from 5am to 9pm if your account is paid up to date. Access to the storage site is suspended on overdue accounts.
We recommend that your goods are insured while in storage. Any goods worth storing are worth insuring.
You must not store Hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.
Visit the office during office hours with photo identification and our friendly staff will be able to reset your pin code. For security and privacy reasons, this information is not able to be given over the phone. Do not pass through the gate without entering your pin code as your unit alarm will not have been deactivated.
Bolt cutters and any other lock removing device are not allowed on our premises. If your padlock needs to be removed, please visit the office during office hours and speak to the facility manager.
All our units are individually alarmed and that alarm is activated and deactivated by your pin code. If your storage unit is located inside one of our buildings, the lights are also activated and deactivated by your pin code.
You can visit our Pay your storage page and use a credit card online or alternatively we also accept payments in person, credit cards over the phone or bank deposits (use unit number and surname as reference). Contact our friendly staff to discuss the most convenient payment method for you.
Notify us of the date you intend to move out either by email, phone or in person at least 7 days before you plan to vacate the unit. Update your address and contact details if they are changing. Once you have vacated your unit, be sure to remove the padlock and take it with you.
